Service
Before building anything, we look at what's underneath.
You've got a digital project on the table and you don't know whether the technology you've been offered is the right one, whether the budget makes sense or whether the supplier is telling you the truth. That's where we come in.
This page is for the moment of deciding. If you already know what you want, go straight to the service: apps, software, web or automation.
The problem
You buy a solution and then
go looking for the problem
The costliest mistake isn't picking the wrong technology: it's deciding what to build before you understand what you need. An app because the competition has one. A CRM because someone recommended it. AI because it's the done thing. And a year later, an invoice full of bells and whistles no one uses.
The real question isn't "which tool do I buy?". It's "what problem do I have, and what actually solves it?". And few people answer that without trying to sell you something at the same time.
The problem first. The solution second.
How we work
What others keep from you, we tell you.
We don't sell hours to fill a report. We bring judgement: we review what you've got, understand your business and tell you what works, what's surplus and what it'll really cost.
Our first product isn't code, it's a well-made decision. We diagnose what makes sense, what doesn't, and in what order. The code comes later —and only if it's needed.
It's for you if
Recognise
any of these?
- 01
You're about to commission a development and want a second opinion before signing.
- 02
You already have a system that's falling apart and no one can explain why.
- 03
You want to know whether AI fits your business or is just noise. If the answer is yes, we tell you and take it further.
- 04
You need to decide between build, buy or leave it.
You'll leave with one clear thing: knowing what to do next. With numbers, no waffle.
And the "what to do next"
Where the
diagnosis ends.
Sometimes the decision is to do nothing. Sometimes it's to build. If building is the call, this is the map: from the judgement, to the service that solves it.
AI for business
Not sure whether AI is for you. Start with the self-assessment test.
Let's look at it →Custom mobile apps
An iOS/Android app your clients or team actually use every day.
Let's look at it →Custom software
Your process, digitised: platforms, dashboards, management tools.
Let's look at it →Web and e-commerce
A website that works and sells, not one that just looks nice.
Let's look at it →AI agents and automation
Already know what you want to automate? We build it.
Let's look at it →AI training for executives
Whoever decides has to understand AI to decide well.
Let's look at it →Blockchain development
Records no one can alter afterwards. In production.
Let's look at it →.ad domains and hosting
Registration, transfer and management of your domain and infrastructure.
Let's look at it →Before you ask
What everyone wants to know.
What does a technology consultancy do?
It helps you decide what to build before you build it: what business problem you have, which technology genuinely solves it and which one someone wants to sell you whether you need it or not. At Undercoverlab we always start with the business, not the tool: first the question, then the technology.
When do I need consulting rather than going straight to a supplier?
When you don't yet know what you need. If you're already clear you want an app, a website or to automate a process, go straight to the service. Consulting is for the moment before that: you have a business goal but you don't know which solution —or whether any— is worth it. We give you the judgement so you don't spend a penny more than you have to.
How much does technology consulting cost in Andorra?
It depends on the scope, and we tell you plainly before we start, no strings attached. We don't bill hours to fill a report, we bill decisions. If the honest answer is "you don't need anything yet", we tell you all the same.
And if you tell me I don't need what I thought I did?
That's exactly our job. We'd rather lose a sale than sell you something that solves nothing. If what you need is simpler —or isn't technology at all— we say so. The product is the judgement; the code comes later, and only if it's needed.
Not sure what you need?
That's normal. That's why we start by understanding your business. Tell us what you want to achieve and we'll tell you how we'd do it —or whether you even need to—, no strings attached.
