A custom mobile app is designed around your users and one specific process. The project can include the iOS and Android app, the server that manages the data, and the connections to your business tools. We define those pieces before estimating time and cost.
The first version should cover one complete journey: booking, checking information, or carrying out a task. Features get added afterwards, based on real usage. You can see that combination of app and management in the Snowplus project.
Bespoke software flips the sentence: the tool adapts to you, not you to it.

Sometimes the answer is awkward: "you don't need an app, you need this other thing, and it's cheaper". We tell you anyway. A supplier sells you what you asked for. A partner tells you what's right for you.

How much does a bespoke
app cost in Andorra?
The cost of developing an app depends on its features, user roles, backend and integrations. To compare quotes, separate the initial design and development from third-party services, publishing and maintenance. It also matters whether the first version needs payments, notifications, offline work or access to device features.
That's why the first conversation is free. We explain what your specific case would cost, with no commitment. And if a website or a simpler tool solves the same thing for far less, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather lose the big sale than sell you what you don't need.
Native app, cross-platform,
or a web app?
The choice depends on what the user needs to do. We work with React Native and native modules when the project calls for it; a website can be enough if the main use happens in the browser.

How much does it cost to develop a custom app?
The budget depends on the screens and features, the user roles, the backend, the integrations and the needs of each platform. It's worth separating initial development, third-party services and maintenance. Our guide to app costs explains what changes the scope. The first conversation is free.
What does app development for businesses include?
Scoping, screen design, mobile development, backend and integrations where needed, testing, and preparing the app for the App Store and Google Play. The quote should state what each phase includes and which third-party services are billed separately. Maintenance and new features are defined per project.
How long does it take to develop a mobile app?
The timeline is estimated once the features of the first version are defined. Integrations, permissions, data migration and device testing all play a part. Store review also belongs in the schedule. A prototype is useful for validating the flow before building the whole app.
Can the app connect to our management software?
Yes, when the system allows integration through an API or another authorised method. We first check what data the app needs, which system holds it and what permissions are required. If the software doesn't allow that connection, it has to be sorted out before quoting the development.
Do you build native or cross-platform apps?
Both, and we choose based on the project, not on what suits us best. We work with React Native as the base and add native modules when performance or device-specific features call for it. We explain the why in every case.
Do I really need an app, or will a website do?
It's the first question we ask ourselves, and often the answer is "a website". A well-built website can solve what you think needs an app, without its cost or its upkeep. If that's your case, we'll tell you before we start, not halfway through the project.
Do you maintain the app once it's delivered?
Yes. The "job done, goodbye" approach isn't how we work. We offer technical and evolutionary maintenance so the app keeps working and growing with your business, and with every iOS and Android release. We've been running Snowplus since 2019 — that says something.
Do you work with companies outside Andorra?
Yes. We're from Andorra and we know its tax and legal rules, which is no small thing. But we've built for clients in Monaco and Belgium: good judgement doesn't stop at borders.
