Cookie policy
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to work and are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated if you give your consent, which you can accept, reject or configure by category in the cookie banner, and change whenever you like.
By default, until you decide, we load no analytics or marketing cookies (Consent Mode set to denied).

|---|---|---|---|---|
ucl_consent | Stores your decision about cookies (categories and policy version). | Undercoverlab | Persistent (localStorage) | None (stays on your device) |
On the contact forms we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect them from spam and automated submissions. It is a necessary security measure and only activates on pages with a form (home and contact). reCAPTCHA may set Google cookies and involves a transfer of data to the United States, with the safeguards provided for by the regulations. You can review its terms in Google's privacy policy.
Analytics cookies (consent required)
| Name | Purpose | Controller | Duration | Recipients |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Understand in aggregate how the site is used (pages, contact events) in order to improve it. Loaded via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. | Up to 24 months | Google (transfer to the US, with safeguards) |
Marketing cookies (consent required)
None are active yet. When we launch advertising campaigns we will add the corresponding pixels, and this policy will be updated (and the cookie banner will ask for your consent again). Planned:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising pixel
- LinkedIn — Insight Tag
- Google Ads — conversion tag and remarketing
How to manage consent
You can change or withdraw your decision at any time, as easily as you gave it, from the Cookies button at the bottom of the page. You can also configure or delete cookies from your browser:
Legal basis
We process this data in accordance with Law 29/2021, of 28 October, the qualified law on the protection of personal data, and, for European Union users, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Consent is freely given, informed and revocable, and we record it together with the version of the policy you accepted and the date.
Review of the cookie policy
This policy is reviewed annually and whenever a change (for example, enabling a new pixel) requires it. When it changes, the cookie banner will ask for your consent again.
